有欠理想的烘培
今天我试做了上个星期有幸尝到的FRENCH BROWNIES可能因为赶时间的关系，做出来的BROWNIES有欠理想
看似简单得BROWNIES,做起来还真考功夫
哦！我不是说BROWNIES不好吃
而是说外观不美。
基本上BROWNIES还是好吃到吮手指。

Michelle, Visual not so good la because my mould let my sister bring back with the pumpkin cake, then she forgot to bring back for me. But i'm really dying to try this brownies. So i use those disposable aluminum foil type so the cake a bit lopsided. Plus the ganache is balance from previous bake, never reheat properly, so.... but all in all, this brownies is very yummy. Whole thing finished liao. Will make again some other day.
