your 九层糕looks good very bright colours, the layers 'look' quite even too, hahaha... this kueh is my late mum favourite, we also eat moderately...I have never tried making it although taught over 97.2 quite some time ago.
说是九层糕，可是我怎么算都没有九层勒，真奇怪！

九层糕做得不错耶！我会比较吃马来西亚的九层糕。Dorene得对，星加坡的九层糕口感很sticky and chewy， 马来西亚不是这样的口感。有机会尝试马来西亚的九层糕，ok!
